Tim has lived and worked in Northern California for over 28 years and been a Real Estate Broker/Owner for Green Fields Real Estate for about 12 years. He was raised in San Diego and still has family and friends in the region. Prior to real estate, Tim managed movie theatres throughout the state and a large region of theatres in the Bay Area before retiring from that profession and applying Customer Service, Cost Analysis, Training, and overall Management skills to his real estate career. Tim has been married for over 34 years with two beautiful daughters. In his spare time he likes to hike and explore with his adventurous wife…and of course, go see movies in the theatre!
