Dave Woodward is a life long resident of Colorado and a 31 year resident of Western Colorado. With 44 years in the real estate business both in the Denver area and now in Western Colorado Dave has helped many families achieve their dream of home ownership and helped business owners with their expansion needs.

Married to his wife, Ronda, for 57 years he boasts of his three children, their spouses, and thirteen grandchildren to anyone who will listen. He and his wife enjoy traveling to see grandchildren, hiking, birding and enjoying the treasures of the Colorado Mountains.

His hobbies include Colorado railroad and ghost town history and singing with the Bookcliff Barbershop Harmony Chorus and especially singing in a Barbershop Quartet called “Canyon Grand”.
